Privacy Policy
EquaVita Home Watch complies with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).
Information We Collect
We collect the personal information necessary to provide our property visit services: property addresses, contact details, emergency contacts, and access credentials.
How We Protect Your Information
Sensitive data — lockbox codes, alarm codes and emergency contacts — is encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM. Access is logged in an immutable audit trail, and access credentials are revealed only to an authorised inspector who is physically at the property.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting privacy@equavitahomewatch.ca.
