With two decades of experience in industrial and operational environments, her work has reinforced the importance of structured processes, accountability, accurate documentation, proactive observation, consistency, and clear communication.
Those same principles form the foundation of her approach to Home Watch: a disciplined, detail-oriented perspective on every property, with a strong focus on ensuring observations are clearly documented, concerns are communicated promptly, and clients remain informed and in control while they are away.
With 20 years in the residential construction industry, she understands homes from the inside out. Her experience allows her to recognise visible conditions and potential concerns that others may overlook, bringing a knowledgeable, practical perspective to each property visit.
She is committed to proactive observation, continuing education, clear communication, and providing homeowners with confidence that their property is being observed and documented with care while they are away.
