Understanding Your Insurance Proof Pack

Every Proof Pack is a standalone PDF designed for direct delivery to your insurance broker. Here's what it contains:

1. Header — Report ID, version number, and 'OFFICIAL RECORD' badge.
2. Property summary — Address, client, inspector, service tier.
3. GPS-verified check-in record — Server timestamps, coordinates, on-site duration, GPS accuracy.
4. Visit checklist — Every tier-appropriate item with OK / ANOMALY / N/A status.
5. Photographic evidence — Embedded photos with capture timestamps and coordinates.
6. Liability disclaimer — Mandatory statement of scope.

Reports are immutable once published. Any correction creates a new version linked to the original, with an audit trail.
