Service Tiers — Which Level Fits Your Property?

EquaVita offers five service tiers. Each tier defines what an inspector will check, photograph, and document during a visit.

Tier 0 — Drive-by Verification ($49)

A drive-by visual check of the exterior. Best for situations where you need only periodic confirmation that the property hasn't been visibly disturbed.

Tier 1 — Exterior Walk-Around ($149)

A full exterior visit covering roof condition, siding, door and window security, yard, and mailbox.

Tier 2 — Standard ($199)

Everything in Tier 1, plus interior checks for leaks, mould, pest activity, thermostat readings, furnace operation, frozen pipes, and sump pump status. This is our most popular tier and meets most insurance requirements.

Tier 3 — Premium ($279)

Comprehensive documentation, including date-stamped exterior and interior photographs, plus convenience services like running faucets, flushing toilets, and adjusting blinds.

Tier 4 — Custom Concierge

Bespoke service for specialized properties. Contact us for a quote.
